Welcome to S&S Housing Assistance
Founded in April 2019, S&S Housing Assistance is dedicated to helping our community’s most vulnerable residents find safe, stable housing.
We work in partnership with organizations such as Minds Matter LV, UNLV Mojave Mental Health, the Veterans Administration, and other local agencies and hospitals to assist individuals experiencing homelessness due to mental illness and/or addiction.
Guided by the Housing First model, we remove as many barriers as possible — including background checks, deposits, and income requirements — to help adults secure immediate, lasting housing.
By focusing on stability first, we reduce overuse of emergency departments, crisis shelters, psychiatric facilities, and the criminal justice system, while empowering people to rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.
